PCaVision (Angiogenesis Analytics BV.) is a medical technology spin-off from research conducted at the Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands. After years of research, we are proud to announce the planned release of “PCaVision” a software medical device that facilitates the urologist to diagnose and localize clinically significant prostate cancer.

PCaVision is an AI-driven software solution delivered on a Mac mini that connects to compatible ultrasound systems. PCaVision helps doctors detect and locate aggressive prostate cancer earlier. By showing precisely where suspicious areas are, it can reduce unnecessary biopsies and support more accurate. PCaVision aims to offer an alternative to MRI based PCa diagnosis.

Role Summary

As the Key Account Manager for the UK region, you will own and drive commercial growth across England, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland. You will be responsible for exploring the market, generating PCaVision brand awareness, generating leads, and closing business. You will also perform additional activities that support overall sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Strategy

  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, urology practices, and KOLs to drive adoption of PCaVision.
  • Develop and implement business and market strategies to achieve ambitious growth goals.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with key opinion leaders, VIP customers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze market insights to refine commercial strategies.
  • Represent PCaVision (Angiogenesis Analytics) at exhibitions, workshops, and industry events.

Lead Generation & Sales

  • Proactively generate business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and follow-up.
  • Implement and execute developed sales strategies to increase market share and growth.
  • Strengthen PCaVision’s image and brand awareness.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead qualification to proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Forecast sales, manage pipeline, and report on key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Achieve sales budgets and targets.
  • Prepare sales reviews, business plans, and operational reports.
  • Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize operations, sales funnel, and customer experience.

Customer Engagement

  • Build a network of KOLs in urology and related clinical communities.
  • Represent PCaVision at scientific meetings, congresses, and workshops.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts, including hospitals, leading urologists, and academic centers.

Requirements / Profile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally in the medical device, diagnostics, or the urology segment.
  • Knowledge of the urology market, reimbursement process, and regulatory landscape preferred.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strategic thinker with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Skilled in CRM use, sales forecasting, and structured planning.
  • Proactive, results-driven and highly self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the UK region.

Reporting Line

This role will report to the Global Sales Director and will work closely with the product and clinical teams.
